Lemon & Rosemary Infused Water

Summer is here, which means looking for ways to cool down. And because we all want that beach bod, it means looking for healthy alternatives. Here’s when infused water comes in handy because not only is it refreshing, it’s a great alternative to juices (which usually have high amounts of sugar).

Lemon & Rosemary Infused Water only needs three ingredients, and they’re all in the name.

Ingredients: rosemary, lemon, ice water
Ingredients: rosemary, lemon, ice water

Step 1:
Slice your lemons. I used about one and a half lemons for one pitcher of water.
Also, wash your rosemary (if unwashed) and break into smaller pieces. Since my rosemary came from a thicker branch, I also stripped some rosemary off of the twig to avoid any bitter taste the wood might carry.

Step 2:
Mix it all in your iced water pitcher and let sit for 30 minutes or so.

If like me, you get little pieces of rosemary floating around in your pitcher, strain it through a strainer and place it back into the pitcher with the slices of lemons and ice cubes. Enjoy!
