Cruciferous Crunch Salad with Jicama and Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar Dressing

This is my go-to salad. I’m all about texture whenever I eat food and this salad is the one. In the Cruciferous Crunch salad, it contains kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, green and red cabbage. The Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar dressing complements well along with the cherry tomatoes and jicama, my fave.

I added pepper into the dressing for some smoky flavor.

Ingredients
1 cup cruciferous crunch salad
5 cherry tomatoes
6 sticks jicama
1/2 avocado, sliced

Dressing
2 tbsp Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Crushed pepper for taste
