If you’re like me, you’re constantly on the lookout for some good avocados that are ready to eat. One day when I was at one of my favorite grocery stores, Sprouts, all the avocados were rock hard. I asked myself, what’s the next best thing? Then, I thought about avocado oil! After some quick research on my smart phone, I purchased a beautiful bottle of 100% pure avocado oil.
At home, I discovered two avocado oil pairings that complemented veggies and fruits. And, these pairings are definitely worthy to be a salad dressing. The major difference here are the choice of balsamic vinegar and their age. Continue reading
